Delivery Questions

It depends which brand you are purchasing. ZLINE typically averages 5-8 business days. Thor Kitchen averages 7-10 business days. Other brands can take between 7-15 business days.

Most items will be delivered curbside. The item(s) will be delivered to your curb (Note: the item(s) will not deliver into your home, kitchen or garage.)

For large units (such as a 48" Range), the freight carrier will call you ahead of time to arrange a date and time that works for you. The freight carrier will then deliver the items during the agreed upon time.


For smaller units (such as a 30" Range Hood), you will recieve a tracking number in advance. The shipping carrier will securely drop off the order in front of your residence.

About Productions

If the box has clear damage upon delivery, take clear photos of the damaged box, refuse the package, note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Email: contact@smartkitchenlab.com to notify the Customer Service team.
